Senior Staff and Faculty Member of the Institute of Language, Literature, Orientalism and Heritage of Abu Abdullah Rudaki in the Republic of Tajikistan's Academy of Sciences
Abstract
There have been lots of studies on Mirza Abdalqadr Bidel in different countries, but there have been no studies about the commonalities and relationships with the existing works of progenitor of Tajik Persian literature, Roudaki. Furthermore, there have been lots of research about Abdullah Rudaki Samarkandi in different Persian-speaking and other countries. Although, there have been numerous articles about Persian poets following Rudaki's poems, scholars and researchers of both poets did not say anything about his influence on Bidel. In this study, it was attempted to investigate the influence of the founder of Persian literature on one of the greatest Persian poets. The method of the study was comparative- contrastive.
